The breakfast included a large selection of food options. The hotel location allowed easy access to shopping and restaurants. The fitness center had adequate equipment (it included several treadmills).
The room's view from the windows was slightly obstructed.

Decent stay. Some issues encountered

heating issue warm temperature
the staff offered the good service i expected from this chain.
I found the heating difficult to manage. The room became too warm at night. even with the window open, it was still uncomfortably warm. i was unable to properly control the temperature and this affected my sleep.

Absolutely EXCELLENT Stay!

The bell staff was amazing! They were very helpful and friendly! Front desk check-in was efficient. It helped a lot! The concierge was super busy, but still helpful and multi-lingual!!!
The breakfast area gets VERY crowded.

Rooms were clean and quiet, exactly what I needed after long days. Beds were comfortable and clean, guaranteeing restful sleep. Bathrooms had everything I needed, even small details.

The receptionist was very polite. They were very happy to assist with all my queries! The welcome was warm. All personnel was polite, always ready to help.

Breakfast included a variety of choices including fresh fruit. Gluten-free bread was available every morning. There were vegan options on the menu. This really helped! The food was AMAZING!!!

The location is perfect in the city center! It made getting around easy. Everything was so convenient. I found it very easy to walk to various attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The location was acceptable. Most attractions were within a reasonable walking distance.
Jackhammering started early each morning. It was impossible to sleep past 6:30 AM, even with closed windows and it ruined my mornings. I don't get the point about their illusion to appear special. This is not Hilton-style.
